Powered by LVGEA’s City Check, the Las Vegas Valley Talent Pipeline Dashboard is a workforce analysis tool designed to provide you with a comprehensive list of industry training programs available in Southern Nevada. We built it to help you gain a deeper understanding of the Las Vegas Valley’s future-talent pipeline.

How to use the City Check Talent Pipeline Dashboard?
Search for an occupation or field, and you'll gain access to a report featuring both the currently available workforce, along with insights into what you can expect the region to gain in the future in terms of current program enrollees. You'll also be able to access detailed information about the region's training programs and connect with providers.

How does this work?

You can create your own personalized Talent Pipeline Report in two ways.

1. You can type a keyword in the search bar above and let the magic happen automatically.

2. If you prefer to manually choose your search criteria, you can bring up the advanced search form by clicking “Advanced”. Using the advanced search, you can select the industries, occupations, programs and providers that you are interested in.

Once you click “GENERATE REPORT”, your customized Pipeline Report will display. You can revise your search criteria at any time.
